Founding Architect

Responsible for the overall design of the 11/11 IPFS protocol, from client-side encryption and QHASH manifests to residency pinsets and audit anchors. Owns the long-term product direction and the standard of technical quality across the platform.
Security & Cryptography Lead
Post-Quantum · Threat Modeling
Focused on the choice and application of post-quantum primitives, reviewing threat models, and ensuring that the protocol remains defensible as best practices evolve. Works closely with external reviewers as the system matures.
Compliance & Governance
HIPAA · GDPR · NIST Alignment
Translates regulatory requirements into concrete policies for residency, retention, audit, and access control. Ensures that the technical roadmap remains compatible with evolving compliance expectations.
Infrastructure & Operations
Deployment · Reliability
Responsible for operating the web tier, gateway, and pilot environments. Focuses on observability, performance, and disciplined rollouts that keep the platform stable while it grows.
